GENERAL INFORMATION ON SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPMENTS
Free standard delivery service: in 48/72 hours for all orders placed in Spain and within the EU. Outside of these areas, customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs, including taxes or fees, which will be added to the purchase price. We will only accept orders for deliveries in the country or countries indicated during the Order Process. We do not send to certain addresses, such as restricted areas, collection points or post office boxes.
RETURNS
Although we hope that your Rites of Passage jewel is of your complete satisfaction, in the eventuality that for any reason you wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days after receiving it, provided that the jewel does not show signs of use or deterioration and is in its original case and box. Please send back the items you wish to return and we will replace them or refund the full amount you paid for the item. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
